Q. What does Telework Recruiting, Inc. offer that's so different from other telecommuting web sites?

A. For starters, the jobs provided by Telework Recruiting are real jobs, from real companies. (See below for the types of jobs we do NOT post.)
What's unique about Telework Recruiting is that we also have an enormous database of online companies that hire homeworkers. Many of these companies hire throughout the US, or throughout the US and Canada. These companies operate online or nationwide, therefore, they need virtual workers.
No other web site offers this extensive listing of almost 1,600 companies that Telework Recruiting does.

Q. What kinds of jobs does Telework Recruiting have in its database?

A. Telework Recruiting is a site dedicated to helping everyone--men, women, the high school grad, the college grad, and everyone in between--find opportunities. For examples of jobs taken from our databases, please click HERE. And, to see samples of companies from our database, see HERE.

Q. What kinds of jobs does Telework Recruiting NOT post on its site?

A. There are several types of "jobs" that Telework Recruiting does not post, nor do we allow employers to post in our member forums. They include:
Ad placing
Envelope stuffing
Craft assembly
MLM activities
Paid to read e-mail, and
Affiliate link jobs

Q. How much do the companies on here site charge for employment?

A. Nothing. The companies on Telework Recruiting do not charge their employees or contractors to work for them. They make their profit from having qualified people work for them, not by having people pay them to work.

Q. Is there a guarantee that I will find a job?

A. No one or business should ever even try to make such a guarantee! The best bet that you will find a job relies on your ability to sell yourself through your resume and other factors that are just like in the "real world". Like any business, the companies on Telework Recruiting want candidates they feel will do the job well. What we DO guarantee is that you will have hundreds of legitimate online companies to submit your resume to.

Q. I've heard that if a company charges, then it's automatically a scam.      Doesn't that make Telework Recruiting a scam?

A.   No. Firstly, as any member of Telework Recruiting will tell you, we deliver what we promise. That is: legitimate job leads and companies that hire telecommuters.
Secondly, Telework Recruiting is not an employer. Your membership fee is not to pay to work for us. It is for the service of those who provide leads you won't find anywhere else.

Q. What is your refund policy?

A. Having happy members is one of the most important goals of Telework Recruiting. We try to make members happy by delivering exactly what we promise: an enormous database of job leads and legitimate companies, in numerous professional categories so that there are opportunties for everyone and anyone.

We promise to continually provide these opportunities for you throughout your Membership. We cannot promise, however, that a job will "fall into your lap", or that an employer will hire you. This is something only you can do through the use of an effective resume, good qualifications, and professional interactions with a company contact. Because of the sensitivity of the information in our database, and to prevent theft, Telework Recruiting will issue refunds to customers only up to 24 hours after their purchase.
