Member agrees not to use employer listings listed at TeleworkRecruiting.com (the "Website") for commercial benefit on other job search websites, including, but not limited to, selling such listings to any third parties.

Member agrees not to share, sell, distribute or disclose any links, content or log-in information to any public or non-public area of the Website to any third parties.

Member agrees that their membership may be forfeited at any time for failure to adhere to the agreed Terms of Membership and that they may be held responsible for any loss or damages resulting from such negligence.

Ownership of Website Material
